Your Upcoming Initial Consult Session Checklist

Preparing for your session

Thank you for taking the time to fill out your Nurobodi pre-consult questionnaire. This helps to get a sense of where you’re coming from & where you’re at, which gives us an idea about where we can best help you with where you are going!

By now, you should have received a day/time calendar invite for your upcoming session. If not, please email info@nurobodi.com and we’ll get that to you promptly! If we haven’t already organised at time with you we’ll fit you in at the soonest possible time slot that is available.

Get set with a video conferencing App

Generally, we currently use Zoom or Skype for online sessions but if for some reason thats not possible let us know ahead of time and we can make arrangements with you that can work for you. Zoom is a fantastic free app for video conferencing. Its a good idea to have Zoom downloaded or installed on your laptop, mobile phone or desktop computer (or all three!) as it works much better than just running it through your browser. If you don’t already have Zoom installed, you can find it here for laptop or PC or on the App store for Android or iOS. Once you know what your audio and video chat call app is going to be it’s a good idea to do a quick test of your setup so you are all fine with how it works prior to your session. If you have wireless headphones that might also be helpful as you’ll need to be ‘hands-free’. Even using speakerphone on your mobile device is ok if you don’t have speakers or headphones.

Plan where you will be for your session

Take a moment to consider the space and place thats right for you. You may need to both sit and stand during your session and also, ideally, whilst standing you will need an arms length in all directions around you. So find a place that’s reasonably quiet and has a bit of space (just the best you can is fine!)

You’re almost set to go!

Before your session you’ll need to prepay for your session by purchasing that session. You can do that by adding your session to the cart cart below. That’s it! You’re good to go. See you for your session soon. Oh, one more thing. For your session you will want to be wearing something comfy that allows you to move your body freely if required. Don’t worry we’ll send you a reminder.

In case you need to cancel your session

We understand that for various reasons people need to cancel a session from time to time. Anytime up to 48hrs before your session you can receive a full refund (minus a 3% transaction fee) via direct transfer to your bank account. Under 48hrs cancellation notice will incur a 35% cancellation fee, and under 24hrs notice a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate you respecting our terms and conditions as we definitely respect your decision to engage with Nurobodi.
